At College Plaza Pediatrics, board-certified pediatricians Drs. Melissa Morgan and Joseph Fritzky along with nurse practitioners Barbara Baggstrom and Michelle Bartlett, provide comprehensive, high-quality pediatric healthcare to patients from birth to age 21.

“We collectively have more than 100 years of experience in dealing with issues ranging from infant prematurity care to childhood development disorders to teenage issues,” Dr. Morgan says.

A Collaborative Approach

College Plaza Pediatrics blends up-to-date and innovative diagnostic tools with their unique, collaborative healthcare approach. In addition to providing a full scope of pediatric services, they diagnose and treat pediatric mental health and behavioral issues such as ADHD, depression and anxiety, plus offer extensive lactation and breastfeeding support services. The practice also provides asthma monitoring, mild laceration repair, wart treatment, acne management and nonsurgical molding for newborn ear deformities.

The doctors frequently receive healthcare awards and accolades, and have been nominated as New Jersey’s Favorite Kids’ Docs since inception. They hold hospital privileges at Morristown Medical Center at Goryeb Children’s Hospital.

The Importance of Patient Education

A key part of preventing a health care problem from progressing is being aware as to how they can develop. We strongly believe that patient education is an important part of the services we provide. In addition to talking with our patients during their exams, we have a ready supply of patient education materials such as brochures and information sheets in our office. We encourage our patients to read about their condition and ask us questions about how to stay healthy.
